- Income protection is a partnership between ITT and our employees. We both play a role in protecting an employee’s assets. The objective of our income protection strategy is to prepare our employees for a financially secure and comfortable retirement. ITT’s income protection plan includes two components:
Investment and Savings Plan
We offer a 401(k) for all employees, which includes a generous company match.
Retirement Plan
Other companies are cutting back or eliminating employee retirement plans, but ITT is proud to continue to offer a pension plan for our employees. We offer two pension plan choices that provide alternatives for each employee to select a plan that best matches their needs.
